Quartet arrested in stabbing case sent to jail

Imphal, July 14 2025: The court of CJM, Imphal East on Monday remanded all four persons arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of Meitei Salai Thiyam alias Leo at Thanga Khunjem in Bishnupur district, to judicial custody till July 28 .

The four involved in the case are Lamabam Taibanganbi (27) d/o (L) Amuchou Singh of Nagamapal Kangjabi Machin, Yumlembam Kelvin Singh (23) s/o Allen from near Advanced Hospital in Palace Compound, Loitongbam Pinky Devi (20) d/o (L) Nilamani of Kwakeithel Konjeng Leikai and Leishangthem Lanchenba Singh (20) s/o (L) Loken of Hiyangthang Makha Leikai.
