Thoubal, July 04 2025: Nongbram Apunba Meira Paibi has demanded unconditional release of one Mutum Dinesh (38), son of (late) M Rabei of Nungbrang Makha Leikai, who had been arrested by police near Leirongthel Pitra Primary School on charges of being an active member of KCP (PWD) .

Speaking to media persons, Nongbram Apunba Meira Paibi secretary Sh Suniti claimed that the charges against M Dinesh are untrue and baseless.

She informed that M Dinesh runs a rehabilitation centre at Ningel Hoton and was arrested by Thoubal police commando personnel on false charges, after five of his staff were apprehended by police and he went to release them from police custody.
