Imphal, April 02 2026: The Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Government of Manipur has informed to the general public that water supply in Kakching town will face temporary disruptions due to ongoing upgradation works under the AMRUT 2.0.Owing to the execution of these works, there will be disturbances in public water supply, either partially or across the entire areas covered under the Kakching Water Supply Scheme.

The department has requested the public to bear with the incovenience until the work is fully implemented.
