Oinam Romen named Manipur Vichar Vibhag chairperson

Imphal, July 27 2026: The All India Congress Committee has appointed new State Chairpersons of the Vichar Vibhag for four States and UTs with immediate effect.

As per a press release issued by AICC on Monday, Congress president has approved the appointment of Oinam Romen Singh as the state chairperson of Vichar Vibhag for Manipur.

Other appointments include Thodeti Sandeep Iswar for Andhra Pradesh, X Chophika Sumi for Nagaland, and D Pradish Irudayaraj for Puducherry.
