Imphal, November 26 2025: The ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Manipur Centre, Imphal, observed Constitution Day (Samvidhan Diwas) today to commemorate the historic adoption of the Constitution of India in 1949.The observance began with the Preamble Pledge, led by Dr Ch Basudha Devi, Head of Regional Centre, ICAR Manipur Centre.

All scientists, technical staff, administrative personnel, and supporting staff participated in the collective reading of the Preamble.
