Imphal, October 26 2025: A poetry book titled 'Sukna Manmlaba Thanil', written by Laishram Malemnganba Meitei, was released at a function held at the Manipur Hindi Parishad today.

The programme, organised by the Manipuri Literary Society, was attended by DMU School of Humanities' Dean and DM College of Arts Principal, Professor Sagolsem Lanchenba Meitei and Manipuri Literary Society president Naorem Lokeshwar Singh among others.

The book contains 50 poems, and is available on Amazon.

DMU's former Associate Professor Dr Saratchandra Longjamba spoke and gave a detail review of the book.
