Kakching, September 02 2024:
Pallel Bazar Board Action Committee (PBBAC) has informed that Pallel Bazar will be shut down on the first of every month or Nongma Panba (as per the lunar calendar) beginning from September 4 .
A press release issued by PBBAC has stated that the step to enforce an day-off on every Nongma Panba was taken following the decision taken by State CSOs and the general public on August 13 .
This will cover not only Pallel Bazar but all trade related establishments in the vicinity of Pallel, said the release.
PBBAC has appealed to all communities partaking in trade activities in Pallel Bazar to endorse and support this step.
