Imphal, July 27 2026: The Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Manipur, has announced a three-day suspension of water supply in areas served by the Irilbung Water Treatment Plant.

According to PHED, the disruption will begin from July 29 due to essential maintenance work at the treatment plant.

Normal water supply will be resumed as soon as the maintenance work is completed.

The PHED has expressed regret for the inconvenience caused to the public and has sought cooperation and understanding from consumers during the period of disruption.
