Imphal, October 24 2025: Kanglei Jagoi Anoy Leikol (KAJAL) showcased "Manipuri Classical Group Dance: Tanum Derena" at Khurai Kala Vidya Bhavan Hall on October 22 .

The 15-minute long classical group dance was composed by late Thingbaijam Babu Singh, and is choreographed by KAJAL director B Sanjeeta Devi.

SNA Awardee Chingtham Ranjeet Khuman, director Kanglei Shaktam Langba Kanglup; RK Naijitsana, president, Khuerai Kala Vidya Bhavan; and Dr Phanjoubam Lanajit Singh, Manipur State president, Bahujan Sahitya Academy attended the event.

Artists of the KAJAL also performed Hari Haraya Namo and Surja Pranam during the event.
