Imphal, September 19 2025: Manipur State Power Company Limited (MSPCL) has informed all concerned that the 33/11KV Utlou Substation will be under shutdown on September 20, 2025 from 9.30 am to 3 pm for repairing of 11 KV outgoing GO switches and maintenance of 11 KV Panels of the Substation.

Power supply to consumers of 11 KV Nambol, Utlou and UNACCO Feeders of the Substation will be affected during the said hours.
