Imphal, May 12 2025: The Directorate of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (CAF&PD) has informed all concerned district authorities to ensure advance lifting of rice allocated under NFSA up to August 2025 .

A circular issued by CAF&PD Director K Bono said that the process of lifting rice must be completed by May 31, 2025 and distribution of the lifted rice for the months of June, July and August 2025 shall be completed on or before June 30, 2025 .
