New relief camps set up at Kakching school

Imphal, May 12 2023: To aid those affected by the corn-munal riots in different parts of the state, a new relief camp has been set up at Kakching Higher Secondary School by the Committee for Peace and Social Harmony, Kakching on Thursday.

According to Committee co-con-venor Ksh Chhatradhari, the committee was formed by CSOs and representatives of dif-ferent villages in the area such as Kakching, Khangshirn, Minou, Laijing, Langol, Koijam, Sora, Kuraopokpi, Heikrakpokpi, Pallel, Phunal and Mantak among others with the head office at Kakching.

He thanked people for their assistance towards the relief camp.
