Modern College celebrates Van Mahotsav

Imphal, July 08 2025: Modern College organised an induction ceremony for BA, BSc 1st Semester students and celebrated Van Mahotsav at its campus yesterday.

The induction ceremony was held at the New Multipurpose Hall of the college in presence of the Principal Prof N Romabati Devi, Vice-Principal, IQAC Co-ordinator and former students.

Later, students and teachers of the college, and Miss Shirui Lily Esme Singh Shaiza and 1st runner up (Miss Shirui Lily) Disti Athokpam, who are brand ambassadors of the Forest Department, planted trees to celebrate the 76th Van Mahotsav under the theme "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0" .
