Imphal, November 05 2026: The Directorate of Language Planning, Manipur, has announced the State Awards for Literature.

2025 .

The State Award for Literature goes to Chandam Khommei for his novel "Shajigi Leibakta" .

It carries Rs 3,00,000, a plaque, citation and shawl.

The Translation Award goes to Nongmaithem Kirankumar for "Leishabi Macha Amagi Diary" .

It carries Rs 2,00,000, a plaque, citation and shawl.

The Young Writers Award goes to Rahul Hidang for "Mahoushagi Iphut".

It carries Rs 1,00,000, a plaque, citation and shawl.
