Imphal, September 02 2025: Koijam Machasana, a teacher of Ghari Upper Primary has been selected for National Teachers Award 2025.She is among the 45 outstanding educators chosen for the prestigious award.

A statement issued by the Ministry of Education said that Machasana leadership as a school headmaster started with an honest evaluation of the school's most challenges - parental suspicion, poor community partnership and skill building learning deficit.

"Far from being intimidated, she designed an ambitious strategic plan to address these issues head on," it said.
