RPF refutes

Imphal, August 29 2026: The proscribed Revolutionary People's Front (RPF) has clarified that Ningthoujam Joyshana alias Joy of Kongba Laishram Leikai, who was arrested by security forces on August 26, has no connection with the outfit or its armed wing, the People's Liberation Army (PLA) .

In a statement, the RPF refuted the reported association of Joyshana with the outfit, stating that he is not affiliated with either the RPF or the PLA .
