School teachers seek EIN

Jiribam, June 29 2017: 10 teachers of Jiribam Government Higher Secondary School who have not received their Employer Identification Number (EIN) will hault taking class and head to Imphal to seek EIN.

Speaking at a press meet, Kh Indi Kumar Singh, a former part time teacher whose post was recently regularised, stated that teachers of English, Pol Science, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Commerce and teachers of other Departments have not been provided with EIN nor received their salaries for a while now .

He added that other subject teachers have received their EIN and salaries which have resulted in embarrasement and discomfort for the whole staff of the school.
