Imphal, May 12 2025: Ibudhou Pakhangba Thougal Lup (IPTL) Shillong organized the "Ibudhou Pakhangba Cheng Kongba" ceremony today at Ibudhou Pakhangba Shanglen inside the Manipur Bhavan compound at Laitumkhrah Shillong.

The ritual is observed on the 15th day of the Kalen lunar month.

The programme was attended by many meiteis who are presently residing in Shillong.
