Imphal, November 08 2025: An awareness programme on the theme, "Protection of Awang Leikinthabi Forest Area" was successfully conducted today at Awang Leikinthabi Community Hall, Imphal East district.

The programme was organised by the Awang Leikinthabi Development Committee (ALDC) in collaboration with the Forest Department, Government of Manipur.

It was attended by Aslam Khan, RO, Saikul Range; Nongthombam Phunindro, secretary, Haraorou Village Development Committee; office bearers of ALDC and locals of the area.
