Imphal, February 12: Changamdabi Mathak under Changamdabi Gram Panchayat has not been in receipt of rice under Public Distribution System since last October, said a release issued by the president of Changamdabi Muhammadan Club Md Najimuddin, appealing the authority concerned to look into the matter.

Meanwhile the release also condemned the functional transfer of electricity department office (Assistant Engineer) Yairipok bazar to Thoubal and appealed the authority concerned to restore the same office at Yairipok bazar in the interest of the public.
