Two die in CCpur road mishap

CCpur, July 21 2025: Two motorcycle-borne youths died after hitting a stationary truck in Thingkangphai area of Churachandpur town on Sunday.

The deceased have been identified as Lunjathang Khongsai (25), son of Thangkap of M Semol and Thangtinpao Lupheng (25), son of Thanglal of TP Lhangnom.

According to sources, the duo riding a motorbike (MN 0565 H3 105) was heading towards Semol village when they hit a truck parked on the roadside.

Both of them were rushed to Churachandpur district hospital but succumbed to injuries at about 9.40 pm Sunday.
