Imphal, December 16 2025: The Coalition Against Drugs & Alcohol (CADA), in its efforts to strengthen the fight against drug abuse in Manipur, has inaugurated a new unit at Pangantabi Chingkha, Kakching district.

According to a release issued by the CADA, the event was attended by CADA Head Office, vice-president Ningthoujam Doren; CADA Kakching District Committee president Sorokhaibam Nena and other key members of CADA Head Office.

During the event altogether 14 new executive committee members were unanimously elected for the 2025-28 term.

The newly elected executive body includes Ningthoujam Ibemcha Devi as president, Khumukcham Thoibi Devi and Sapam Apanbi Devi as vice-presidents, and Khundrakpam Geeta Devi as secretary general, among others.
