MUSU praises intervention in MU

Imphal, July 10 2015 : Welcoming intervention by any group in the Manipur University,Manipur University Students' Union (MUSU) has clarified that the Students' Union is never against any singular person and never supported or backed any wrong doing persons.

Reconfirming that corrupt and wrong doers have filled up the University since a long time, MUSU said that it is the University's authority that has to deal with it.

MUSU particularly takes up the issues of infrastructure of academic lines; pressuring to fill up shortages on library and laboratory; regularization of class; filling-up the vacancies of teachers and staff; timely examination as well as timely result out; regularization of fellowship/scholarship of PhD Scholars; regularization of scholarship of OBC, SC and ST, said a press statement by President MUSU, Sarangthem David.

The Union further welcomed any suggestion for the omprovement of the University.
