Imphal, May 30 2025: Maram-Peren road has been cut off by multiple landslides at Kazing area, about 15 Kms from Maram police station.

Earth and rocks falling from the adjoining hill slopes have completely blocked the road for about a Kilometre.

It is said that huge rocks are still hanging precariously over the road.

Meanwhile authorities have advised all the people of the area as well as commuters to avoid the road for the time being.

It is said that clearance of the road may take one or two day(s) .
