Imphal, March 28 2026: Shija Eye Care Foundation, in collaboration with NPCB & VI (Manipur Chapter) and Chingamathak Young Learners' Club (CYLC), Chingamathak, organised a one-day free comprehensive eye screening camp at the Community Hall, Pishum Lampak.

The camp was conducted by Dr Holmes Naorem, Consultant Ophthalmologist and his team, with support from the Shija Mobile Ophthalmic Van, which helped deliver accessible eye care services to the local community.

A total of 50 individuals attended the camp.

During the screening, six attendees were diagnosed with cataract two with pterygium, and two patients were referred to the base hospital for further treatment.
