Imphal, December 26 2025: The 46th Foundation Day of Youth Development Centre Club (YDCC) was celebrated today at its premises in Keirao Maibam Lampak.

The celebration was graced by dignitaries, including Lourembam Rameshwor, MLA, Keirao AC; P Maipak, president, YDCC; T Phulen, Director, Department of Fisheries, Manipur; S Kunjakishore, Senior Administrative Officer, Water Resources Department, Manipur; and David Elangbam, Director, Settlement & Land Record Department, Manipur.

Offering of floral tributes to the deceased members of YDCC and painting & essay competitions for students were the main highlights of the event.
