Imphal, October 25 2025: Moirangkhom Kabui Women's Welfare Association has appealed to the Government and its authorities concerned to identify and arrest the culprits who murdered Dr Rita at her Yaiskul Chingakham Leirak residence on October 13 .

In a statement, the association said it condemns the authorities' failure to arrest and punish the culprits even after 13 days of the murder.

The culprits involved in the murder must be identified and punished at the earliest, said the association, sharing the grief and pain of the bereaved family.
