Thoubal, December 24 2025: The Chengei Ching Emoinu Thougal Lup, Waithou has appealed to the people of Manipur to take part in the annual ritual ceremony of Emoinu Irat Thouni Thouram, schedule to be held at Waithou Chengei Ching Emoinu Khubam on December 31 (Wednesday), which marks the 12th day of the lunar month of Wakching.

W Ibochou, president of the Thougal Lup, through a press release appealed to the public to seek blessings from Goddess Emoinu for abundance, peace, and harmony in the State.

He expressed hope that collective participation in the ritual would usher in prosperity and help restore normalcy in the State.
