Imphal, November 23 2025:
The Federation of Haomee (FoH) has appealed to all not to give communal tinge to the recent incident of police crackdown on protesters involving IGP Themthing Ngashangva and RS MP Leishemba Sanajaoba.
The matter is between the IGP and MP Leishemba Sanajaoba and it is the duty of the police to investigate the incident.
No organisation or individual should give it a communal tinge on social media, FoH said in a statement.
The FoH, in its statement, urged people to foster peaceful coexistence of all indigenous communities.
