Control room to monitor LPG distribution opened

Imphal, March 18 2026: A control room consisting of three officers has been set up at the office of the Directorate of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Sangaiprou to monitor and curb any case of black marketing and hoarding of LPG and other petroleum products in the State with immediate effect.

According to the Directorate of CAF&PD today, the three officers assigned to the control room are H Bobby Singh, OSD (POL) (9856178907), K Morung Kanshowa, ADDM (8974091178) and Thang-jam Vikram Singh, OA (8413988892) .

Consumers/public who want to lodge complaints may contact the control room or district monitoring committee, it added.
