Imphal, February 12: The New Kaiphundai Village Authority has charged the PHE Department with neglecting the system of power supply in New Kaiphundai and its adjoining villages, reports our Jiribam correspondent.

Chairman of the village authority G Issac lamented that PHE exists in the area only in name sake for past one decades.He also stated that the village being located in the backward sub-division of Tousem in Tamenglong district, is being nelegecte by the Government.
