Imphal, September 06 2025: Chief Judicial Magistrate Imphal West has convicted one Md Ali (24) for stealing a gas cylinder and sentenced him to carry out community service for 27 days at Khwairamband Ima Keithel.

Md Ali was caught stealing the gas cylinder from a tea stall located near PCTC Office at Thangal Bazar on September 4 morning.

Md Ali hails from Lilong Dam Makhong.

The CJM ordered him to carry out community service for 27 days at Ima Keithel Keithel at Khwairamband Bazar for 4 hours a day in two different shifts.
