Gita Sanman 2026 awardee Acharya K Brajamani welcomed

Imphal, March 31 2026: Members of Ved Bidyarthi Sangsthan, Manipur accorded a warm welcome to Acharya Kakchingtabam Brajamani Sharma at Imphal International Airport today.

Acharya Brajamani was recently honoured with the Gita Sanman 2026 at the 48th Sahastra Gita Chanting Celebration held at Param Dham, Kurukshetra in Haryana organised by Gita Pari war on March 26 .

The Acharya was welcomed with garlands and presented with gifts at the airport today.

He was presented with the award in recognition of his Manipuri translations of Srimad Bhagavad Gita, Shri Hanuman Chalisa, Ramayana and other religious teachings.
