Imphal, July 28 2025: The proscribed RPF and ULFA(I) have categorically stated that it was the Indian Army who attacked their camps on July 13, 2025 .

A joint statement issued by RPF and ULFA(I) has asserted that camps of PLA and ULFA (I) were attacked by the Indian Army using WARMATE (CUAV) laden with controversial Thermobaric weapons on July 13, 2025 .

From the debris of the drones, one particular drone was identified and it was established that the attacker used WARMATE loitering munition laden with the controversial "Thermobaric Bomb (Vacuum Bomb)" .

Notably, PLA is the armed wing of the RPF .

The WARMATE combat unmanned aerial vehicle (CUAV, is manufactured by WB Electronics SA (WB Group) Poland, a private defence company and the operational range of WARMATE is 30 kms.

The price for a single WARMATE unit is estimated at around 30,000 US Dollar.

Moreover, Thermobaric bombs, detonating the air, caused the blazing of the camps.

Up till now, the WARMATE operators are Georgia, India, Libya, Poland, Ukraine and United Arab Emirates and Japan and South Korea are testing and ordering WARMATE.

According to the Vayu Aerospace Review (June 19, 2022), India received WARMATEs in 2022.The Indian Army had even tested WARMATE in Kashmir, in the Ladakh region, in high mountain areas near the border with the People's Republic of China, it said.

There is no reason to think that WARMATE operators like Georgia, Libya, Poland, Ukraine or UAE would attack PLA and ULFA (I) .

Among the WARMATE operator countries, only India, since PLA and ULFA (I) are the archenemy of India, is the warranted candidate to attack PLA and ULFA (I) using WARMATE and suspected other UAV like SkyStiker, suicide drone of Alpha Design, a joint venture company with Elbit Systems of Israel and other models were used.

According to the local public, it was reported that UAVs were launched from Wangti and a place in between Nampong and Joyrampur, the two militant outfits said.

"From our camps, so far, we have recovered five Type 3 WARMATE wreckages of year 2022, the same year India received them from WB Electronics SA, Poland and serial numbers are 22001930, 22002508, 22002549, 22007040 and 22007293", according to the joint statement.

Interestingly India used WARMATE from the same batch against Pakistan during Operation Sindoor, it said.

Even though India knew that manufacturers of the drones and their operators will be identified from the wreckages of the drones, the Indian Army and Chief Ministers denied their involvement in the July 13, 2025 attack against PLA and ULFA (I) .

The CMs of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur and Nagaland being puppets of India, will "sing and dance" according to their puppet master India but the question is "Why Indian Army denied the operation", it said.

Wise people of WESEA region already knew that India does not want the people of WESEA united.

To make sure WESEA people never unite, India is keeping the people of WESEA divided along ethnic and religious lines, salting the old wounds, creating and funding the pseudo revolutionaries, hiring foreign mercenaries, encouraging leaders who want wealth and status offering them power in exchange for loyalty to India and identifying most corrupt people and manipulating them to be a puppet or henchman to serve India's interest, not their people, it alleged.

If a leader who actually cares about his people rises, India will get rid of him or destabilise his Government to bring it under their control (Centre) .

"Being cunning has become a second nature of Indian politicians and bureaucrats, deceiving and dividing the people of the WESEA is in fact a good policy for India because India does not care about the people, India only cares about the resourceful land of ours.

That is why India denied the drone attack against PLA and ULFA (I) on July 13, 2025", it added.
