Renault Duster in new avatar with all the works arrives

Imphal, May 08 2026: The recently launched 2026 Renault Duster has arrived in Imphal with prices starting from Rs 10.49 lakh to Rs 18.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

Brand new units of the vehicle were handed over to customers during the launching ceremony held this afternoon at Gibde Motors Pvt Ltd located at Ghari, Airport Road, which is an authorized dealer of Renault India.

The launching event was attended by Mayanglambam Rajkumar, DC, Imphal West; Ningthoujam Dhinel, Director, Gibde Motors Pvt Ltd and many customers.

Speaking to the media, Rambo Oinam, Sales Manager, Renault India, Imphal said Renault Duster is an SUV which has consistently earned the customers' trust due to ease in handling, ride, affordability and other key features.

The new version comes with three engine options - Turbo TCe 100, Turbo TCe 160 and Turbo TCe 160 DCT .

According to the Sales Manager, these engines are on the same level as the Mercedes GLE Class, which means durability and best in the SUV segment.

A strong hybrid variant of the car is also expected by Diwali this year.

The 2026 Renault Duster is available in ten colours across six variants - Authentic, Evolution, Techno, Techno +, Iconic and Iconic Launch Edition.

All variants of the new Duster were upgraded under the Renault Group Modular Program, and have received a five star rating from the Bharat - New Car Assessment Program, shared Rambo Oinam.

The dashboard and cockpit of the new Duster were engineered after the fighter jet cockpit, providing driver-focused ergonomics along with a panoramic sunroof, 10.1 inch infotainment system and 10.25 inch driver display linked with Google Automotive Services.

The SUV also comes loaded with features such as electronic tailgate, 18 ADAS features, 360 degree camera, ventilated front seats, dual zone climate control, cruise control and speed limiter, said Rambo Oinam.
