Ackowledging the support of his parents, second position holder of HSLC exams Pareeton Ningombam while talking to The Sangai Express said, "It is not possible at all to achieve this success without the support of my parents, I am really thankful to them".
However Pareeton, a student of Catholic School, Canchipur was quick in adding "all my hardwork and teachers' guide too are equally important".

Revealing that his ambition is to become an Aeronautics Engineer, he said that his favourites subjects are Maths and Physics.
Saying that he studied three to six hours everyday to prepare for the exam, Pareeton revealed, hardwork and punctuality are his success mantras.
He said, "Social Science has always been my weakness, but I overcame it with a regular reading of text books".
Giving his opinion on the qualities of a good student, Pareeton said, a good student must be punctual,well disciplined and a strict follower of time table.
Apart from studies, Pareeton also loves novel reading.
He said, Dan Brown is his favourite author.
Pareeton, a student of Catholic School Canchipur scored 88.42 percent in aggregate.
He also topped in Alternative English with 45 marks out of 50.He is the last of the three siblings born to Birendra Ningombam and Bilashini Ningombam of Khongman Zone II.
His parents are both Government employees.
