Assam Rifles hosts meet with CC in Noney

Noney, May 18 2025: Assam Rifles organised 'A Day with Company Commander' at Namkalong Football Ground, L Khunou village, Noney district on Saturday on the theme 'Unity Begins the Journey, Cohesion Advances Progress & Collaboration Achieves Success' .

The event aimed at fostering stronger ties with the future pillars of the nation, witnessed turnout of local CSOs, 384 students, 28 teachers, and parents from various schools.

A plethora of activities infused the day with energy and purpose, ranging from a spirited patriotic song competition to vibrant traditional dance performances showcasing the rich cultural diversity of the people residing in Khoupum.

The event also featured competitions such as painting, backyard bowling, passing the parcel, tug of war, kho-kho, jalebi race and balloon bursting.
