First SSC Selection Post Exam held at CCpur IT Centre

CCpur, July 24 2025: In a significant milestone for the district, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Selection Post Examination 2025 commenced on Thursday.

The first day of the examination concluded smoothly, with 65 candidates assigned at Churachandpur Government College IT Centre.

The inclusion of Churachandpur as an SSC examination centre reflects the government's continuous efforts to provide accessible and student-friendly infrastructure for aspirants preparing for competitive examinations.

The current examination will continue at the Churachandpur Centre till the August 1, 2025 .

This development has brought immense relief to SSC aspirants from the district, who previously had to undertake long and costly travel to distant centres.

The availability of a local centre not only reduces financial and logistical burdens but also encourages greater participation from rural and remote areas of the district.

It is pertinent to recall that the IT Centre at Churachandpur Government College was inaugurated on January 7, 2025 by Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla.

The facility now serves as a key enabler for digital education and examination centre in the region.

The district administration appealed to all residents and stakeholders to cooperate in maintaining a peaceful and conducive environment during the examination period.

Collective support is essential to ensure the smooth conduct of upcoming exams and safeguard the aspirations of the student community.

The district administration extended its best wishes to all candidates appearing in the ongoing examination and hopes that the exam centre will pave the way for brighter and better opportunities for the student community.
