TC observer joins campaign

Imphal, February 11, 2011:
Election observer of Trinamool Congress Paramjit Kaur joined election campaign of their candidate K Sarat at Awang Jiri today.
Addressing an election meeting at Awang Jiri this afternoon, Paramjit Kaur exhorted the voters to elect selfless and competent representatives in order to bring about a positive change in Manipur.
Political parties are sustained by people.
People are not sustained by political parties.
The power of the people can choose a party with genuine concern for the public, he said.
"It's lot easier to deliver impressive speeches on platforms.
What is important and difficult is to put into action those impressive words", Paramjit said.
"It's a perfect opportunity to make a comparative study of the candidates about the credentials, abilities and concern for people so as to make the best choice", he said.
Claiming Trinamool Congress candidate K Sarat would be a competent representative who work sincerely for welfare of the people, Paramjit appealed to gathering to vote for Sarat.
