CRPF battalions felicitate meritorious students

Mantripukhri-headquartered 69 Bn CRPF of Manipur and Nagaland Sector, organised a felicitation programme on Thursday to honour students who excelled in the Higher Secondary Examination-2025, conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary School, Manipur.
Informing that the programme was aimed at recognising and celebrate the hard work, dedication and excellence of the students who achieved top ranks in their respective streams, a 69 Bn release said seven meritorious students along with their parents attended the event, during which commandant SA Rojan Zimik presented gifts and letter of appreciation to the meritorious students as a token of acknowledgement for their success and motivation.

Speaking at the event, the commandant lauded the meritorious students for their perseverance and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence in their future endeavours.
Students felicitated on the occasion included (Commerce stream 3rd position holder) Prithita Yumnam d/o Yumnam Shanta Singh; (3rd Position, Commerce) Devia Mayengbam d/o Mayengbam Indra Singh; (4th Position, Commerce) Alice Laiphrakpam d/o Laiphrakpam Romachandra; (8th Position, Science) Moneta Laishram d/o Laishram Santosh Singh; (8th position, Arts) Brainy Pebam d/o Pebam Romen Singh; (9th position, Arts) Linthoingambi Laithangbam d/o Laithangbam Shanti Singh; and (10th position, Arts) Jitsia Thokchom d/o (Late) Thokchom Jiten Singh.
The felicitation ceremony, which was also attended by officers and personnel of the battalion, concluded with a vote of thanks and refreshment, leaving behind an atmosphere of motivation and pride, added the release.
109 Battalion CRPF, Mongsangei, under the supervision of its commandant Brijesh Kumar, also organised a felicitation programme for students who secured top positions in the Higher Secondary Examination-2025.Nishikanta Sagolshem, son of S Noren Singh, who secured 5th position in science stream with 95 per cent marks, Moirangthem Robin son Singh, son of M Jayenta Singh, who secured 8th position with 93.8 per cent in science stream, Abujam Sheityam Singh, son of A Sadanand Singh, who secured 5th position in Arts stream with 93.8 per cent and Naorem Kishan Singh, son of N Opal Singh, who secured 10th position in Arts stream with 91.2 per cent, were presented mementos during the felicitation ceremony held in the presence of CRPF officers, family members and members of the local community.
On the other hand, under the aegis of CRPF M&N sector, a felicitation ceremony was jointly organised by Dett-08 BN CRPF Bishnupur and 107 Bn RAF to congratulate top rankers of the Higher Secondary Examination-2025.During the programme, 08 Battalion commandant Chandra Shekhar honoured Daniel Wahengbam, a student of UNACCO School of Excellence, who secured seventh position in Science stream, and Raj Thoudam of Pine Wood View School who secured tenth position in Arts stream.
