NPO delegation calls on Governor

Imphal, July 14 2025: Representatives of Naga People's Organisation (NPO), led by president H Kuba Peter and accompanied by six other members, called on Governor on Ajay Kumar Bhalla, at Raj Bhavan, here, on Monday.

In a release, PRO Raj Bhavan informed that the organisation submitted a memorandum and requested the Governor to implement three major projects aimed at improving connectivity and developing infrastructure in the district.

They also discussed activities undertaken to ensure the success of the upcoming Barak River Festival.

The Governor patiently listened to their concerns and assured that the issues would be addressed, it added.
