Imphal, August 11 2025: United for Scholars and PeeDee Lab organised a one day workshop titled "Beyond Books the Real World Readiness" at Sangai Hall of Hotel Imphal on Sunday.

The workshop was held under the theme "Education doesn't end in pages, it begins when you step beyond them".

PeeDee Lab trainer Rynna Ngangom said that academic knowledge alone is not enough for success, stressing the need for personality development and practical skills.

Even if a student scores 100 out of 100 marks in the classroom, they will face many challenges in life.

She said that the workshop is aimed at helping students face challenges beyond the classroom, including how to clearly express their thoughts during job exams and handle interviews effectively.

The event featured experts from various fields, including mental health professional Prof Dr RK Lenin Singh, Thoubal College assistant professor Noorshafi AK, Imphal West additional SP Devananda Amakcham, academician Akoijam Supriya, and Japanese language expert Victor Chingshubam, sharing insights on career readiness, communication, and Self-development.
