MSF, PSO mourn demise of Lukhoi Power

Imphal, July 22 2025: Manipuri Students' Federation (MSF) condoled the untimely demise of its founder and chief advisor Laishram Lukhoi alias Lukhoi Power on Monday.

He was 65.In a release, MSF president Hijam Roshan remembered Laishram Lukhoi as a true son of the soil who worked tirelessly for the betterment of Manipur, particularly for the welfare of the student community.

MSF paid its highest respects to its founder, acknowledging his selfless dedication to society and to students from inception of the federation until his final breath.

As a mark of respect, a two-minute silence was observed, and the MSF flag at its head office at Kwakeithel Thounaojam Leikai lowered to half-mast.

The federation prayed for his soul to rest in peace and expressed deep condolences to the bereaved family.

MSF will continue to uphold and follow his vision for Manipur, the release added.

Pangal Students' Organisation (PSO), Manipur also condoled the untimely demise of student leader Laishram Lukhoi alias Lukhoi Power.

Praising him as a leader who worked tirelessly for the society, PSO said passing away of Lukhoi will be huge loss for Manipur.
