Imphal, February 22 2025: Dr K Binod Kumar Memorial Trust, Kwakeithel Akham Leikai organised a one-day awareness programme on 'Substance use disorder and impact of drug and alcohol on productive health' at College of Social Work located at Meitram Awang Leikai on Saturday.

During the awareness programme, Indian Medical Association, Manipur State Branch president and mental health activist Dr Rk Lenin spoke on 'Substance use disorder and women mental health', while Manipur Medical Council president and RIMS former director and eminent gynaecologist of state supervisory board Prof L Ranjit Singh on 'Impact of drugs and alcohols on reproductive health' as resource persons.

The programme was attended by Dr K Binod Kumar Memorial Trust vice president Yumnam Khogen Singh and College of Social Work, Meitram principal Dr Salam Romeobala Devi and MSRL Mission Hiyangthang Block mission manager Hijam Surbala Devi as presidium members.
