Essay competition organised for NIT

Imphal, July 15 2025:
Zomi Students' Federation (ZSF), in collaboration with Indian Army and LDPSCA, organised an essay competition at Rayburn Higher Secondary School, Churachandpur on Tuesday.
A release issued by ZSF informed that the competition was conducted to select 40 students (20 boys and 20 girls) from class X to XII for a National Integration Tour (NIT) to various cities.
As part of the itinerary, the students will visit New Delhi, where they will have the opportunity to meet the President of India at Rashtrapati Bhavan and explore key landmarks such as Qutub Minar, Jantar Mantar, the National Zoological Park, and India Gate.
The tour will then move to Uttarakhand, for a visit to IIT-Roorkee.
In Dehradun, the students will tour the Indian Military Academy (IMA), the Forest Research Institute (FRI), and the Science Museum.
Lastly, the students will travel to Lansdowne for visiting the Garhwal Rifles Regimental Centre.
