Anti-drug rally organised in Pherzawl

Pherzawl, July 11 2025: As part of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA), Pherzawl district administration in collaboration with Office of the District Social Welfare organised a public awareness rally on Friday under the theme "No to Drugs, Yes to Life" .

Prior to the rally held to raise public awareness on the harmful effects of substance abuse and promote a drug-free lifestyle, a signature campaign was conducted to mobilise public support for the cause.

The NMBA campaign also included a range of activities such as training and capacity-building sessions, awareness and orientation programmes, as well as sports and competitions across different categories.

The rally was attended by additional DC Joel G Haokip and additional SP Lunzamung Tungnung among others.
