Lions Club distributes relief items

Imphal, July 08 2025:
In continuation of its humanitarian service for the flood-affected communities under the Lions Club International Foundation (LCIF) emergency grants, Lions Club of the Manipur Region under Lions Club International District 322D distributed relief materials to 202 flood-induced displaced families in Thoubal and Kakching districts on Tuesday.

In a release, Manipur Flood 2025 Project chairperson M Shyambabu Singh informed that a team of 36 Lions clubs of Manipur led by Lions Club International District 322D past district governor Th Kesho distributed edibles and water at relief camps of Rice Research Station, Wangbal (120 beneficiaries); Lamding Higher Secondary School (150 beneficiaries); Wangjing Kodompokpi Sports Complex (250) Thoubal district; Indoor Stadium, Kakching (170); Langmeidong Girls' High School, (170); and Khomdonbi Memorial English School, Kakching Khunou (150) .
