Thoubal, June 27 2025: Yotpokpa Yotningthou Khamlangba Thougal Lup organised a one-day awareness programme on "Kangion Chumna Umang Lai Haraoba" (Celebration of Lai Haraoba as per guidelines) at Ibudhou Khamlangba Laibung, Thoubal Kshetri leikai on Friday.

The programme was attended by Thoubal Municipal Council caretaker councillor Puyam Jotte Meitei and Khamlangba Laibung 'Lai Selungba' Chanambam Jatra Singh as presidium members.

UKAL general secretary and Manipur University of Culture Department of Umanglai Haraoba guest faculty Mutum Maniton Meitei, assistant professor Dr Thounaojam Ruhichand and UKAL executive member Longjam Rakesh spoke on Varied topics related to the programme.
