Kakching, May 10 2025: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Chandel under the aegis of Manipur State Legal Services Authority (MASLSA), conducted the 2nd National Lok Adalat-2025 at Chandel and Tengnoupal districts on Saturday.

As per a release by DLSA, Chandel, a total of two benches were constituted for the said National Lok Adalat.

Bench No 1 was presided over by civil judge senior division-cum-Chandel chief judicial magistrate Masana E Panmei, accompanied by DLSA Chandel retainer lawyer Kh Jacky Lucy and advocate JS Chamdil Anal as members of the bench.

Bench No 2 was presided over by Moreh judicial magistrate first class Fakhrul Islam Choudhury, accompanied by DLSA Chandel remand advocate Keishang Kopham and advocate Jilkhochon Lhungdim as members.

A total of 12 cases with a settled amount of Rs 6,93,500 were resolved in the said National Lok Adalat, it added.
