Imphal, August 17 2025: The two-day 2nd Imphal East Yogasana Sports Championship 2025 organised by Imphal East Yogasana Sports Association at Kongba Kshetri Leikai community hall No 2 concluded on Sunday.

The valedictory function was attended by Thongju MLA Thongam Biswajit, Uchekon Nongpok Gram Panchayat chairperson and members as presidium members.

The championship held in nine categories for six years to 65 and above was participated by 96 players.

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Biswajit hailed inclusion of veteran category in the championship, expressing that presence of veterans will inspire the younger generation to follow their footsteps.

The dignitaries also presented the medals, citations and cash prizes to the winners.
